Coaches

Alan Curtis is a respected Maine soccer coach and mentor whose impact on the game spans decades. Known for his leadership, knowledge, and commitment to player development, Curtis has helped shape generations of young athletes across Maine. His coaching résumé includes time with Bonny Eagle soccer and continued involvement in youth development through programs such as Soccer Maine’s Olympic Development Program and Maine Lightning. More than wins and losses, Curtis is recognized for teaching discipline, confidence, teamwork, and a lasting love for the sport. His influence has made him a true fixture in Maine soccer.

Women's Head Coach

Yussuf Adow is a Maine-Based soccer coach and former collegiate athlete known for involvement in developing youth and amateur soccer in the Lewiston/Auburn area. Before coaching, Adow attended Edward Little High School, where he was a standout player. He also played soccer and ran track for the University of Maine Farmington. He previously served as head coach for the amateur club Upper Royalty in the UPSL, where he was named the UPSL Manager of the Week after leading the team to a 1st-place position. He joined the coaching staff at Poland Regional High School as an assistant varsity coach.
